  1. How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted? You will receive an email confirmation with the order number and details about your purchase.

  2. Can I change my order? We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. To make changes to your order, please contact support by submitting your request through the "Contact Us" form.

  3. How can I cancel my order? If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us within 48 hours so we can cancel it before it ships.

  4. How can I add or remove products after I have placed my order? Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to make any changes to the website. Please contact our customer service team via the 'Contact Us' form if you wish to make any changes to your order.

  5. How can I track the progress of an order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and text notification with the details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

  6. Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order? If your order has not shipped yet, we can ship it to another address if you wish. To find out more, you can contact us using the 'Contact Us' form.

  7. What if items are missing or incorrectly delivered when I receive my order? For missing or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us at support@uduzo.com. Please include your transaction number (order number) and provide us with proof (file size should be less than 1MB). We will gladly reship the correct item to you at no additional cost and will not reclaim the incorrectly shipped item! You can keep it as a gift from us.

  8. How do I add items to my shopping cart? Navigate to the page of the item you are interested in, then select your preferences for the item. When you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be taken to the "Shopping Cart" page. Enter the quantity of the item you would like to order in the "Quantity:" field next to the image of the item. After you have entered a quantity, you can continue shopping or complete your order.

  9. How can I view the contents of my shopping cart? To view the contents of your shopping cart, click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the website. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of items you want in your cart by updating the quantity indicated. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity listing.

  10. How can I remove items from my shopping cart? First, click on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner of your screen. This will allow you to view all the items that are currently in your shopping cart. Once you find the item you want to delete, click on the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item and refresh the page to reflect your changes.

  11. How can I change the quantity of a particular item in my shopping cart? First, click on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner of your screen. You will then see all of the items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities you have selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired quantity. Once you do, the total cost of your order will be updated automatically to reflect the change.
